Seeing only what you want to see
Of that we are all guilty
So what if I’m sorry?
You won’t forgive me.
Everything just gets under my skin
From the words you say, I take in
Of all the things, you promised me
That you would never do
You’ve gone and done them anyway
And expected me to love you
You lie and steal, and trick and tear
And you think that your friends will always be there
I speak my thoughts and feelings true
I’m not the only one who hates you
